Outfit Prep
Leading up to your session, we will decide on your location and your outfits via email and insta. Dress for your skin tone and figure - choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. The color of your top will likely reflect onto your face, so choose warm colors to add warmth. Choosing white will make your skin tone look more pale.
Here are some of my favorite outfit ideas!

Send me pics of your style questions and outfit choices beforehand so you and I don't have to spend too much time on the day of going through them.

Day Of Your Shoot
Don't be nervous! I know that you're probably not that used to having your picture taken, so I'm all about posing you and chatting with you so you feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera. I want this to be an amazing time for both of us! We'll be laughing, modeling, and freakin' out over your gorgeousness together! Feel free to bring your mom, your dad, or a friend (or your mom and a friend!) And we can all have an amazing time together. Most sessions have multiple locations, so we will get what we need at the first spot and then typically drive to the next!

After Your Session
After your session, I will go home and upload your pics. Within one week, you will receive a PROOF gallery of ALL the unedited images from you session with any sneak peeks included. This PROOF gallery lets you relive the session from beginning to end and choose your favorites for editing. You will select the pics you want to keep and send them to me and then, before you know it, one month after your shoot, you'll get that pretty little email that says "Your gallery is ready!" You will immediately be able to download your pics and your mobile app made just for your gallery. Share everything with your friends and family! You don't have to be a Rep to earn Referral Rewards! Anyone you send my way that books with me earns you more stuff! Heck Yes!
HAIR AND MAKE-UP
I highly recommend hair and make-up! You do not have to go all out and look completely different than you normally do, but professional photography is complimented by a little something, something by way of make-up and hair. My favorite look is a natural, brown, borderline smoky eye with beachy, loosely-curled hair. If you're doing you're own make-up, I trust you - damn, you girls these days are 10 times better than I was in high school! Gentle contouring is a big plus. For the eyes, think natural colors, brown, tan, forest greens and gentle smudged looks photograph better then sharp liquid looks. Steer clear of copper, pink, gold, glittery shadows - they do not compliment most eyes and actually can make them look wrinkly or red! Dark and/or subtle faux lashes look great as well. For hair, try looks that will stand the test of time and avoid updos that show too much scalp. Feeling overwhelmed with all of this guidance?! I have so many incredible hair and make-up artists that I work with, shoot me a text and I will be happy to hook you up with one!
